Ogden & Sullivan, P.A. is a trial practice firm in Tampa, FL which represents clients in State and Federal Courts throughout Florida. Drafting various pleadings, including motions, memorandums of law, trial briefs, etc.
Legal & Expert research
Taking and defending depositions
Assisting with trials, arbitrations and evidentiary hearings
Attendance at hearings, mediations, etc.
Site Inspections & rapid response team
Meeting and conferring with clients and opposing counsel
Excellent academic credentials as well as top analytical and verbal communication skills
Strong work ethic, organization, writing, and analytical skills
Experience in litigation, including deposition and oral argument
Ability to take on significant responsibility, be team-oriented and enjoy providing valuable analysis and strategy on a variety of cases.
Must be licensed by the Florida Bar and in good standing
