Joe Kinman, Matt Mudano, Randy Ogden and Tim Sullivan have been named to Florida Super Lawyers 2009.  Published by Law & Politics, Super Lawyers is an annual listing of outstanding lawyers who have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement.  Law & Politics performs the polling, research and selection of Super Lawyers, resulting in a comprehensive and diverse listing of outstanding attorneys representing a wide range of practice areas, firm sizes and geographic locations.  Five percent of the lawyers in Florida are recognized by Super Lawyers. Joe, Randy and Tim will also be included in Florida Super Lawyers Corporate Counsel Edition.
 
Jay Spengler and Dereck Capaz have also been selected by Florida Super Lawyers for inclusion in Florida Rising Stars 2009. Rising Stars recognizes attorneys under 40 years of age who have been identified through a survey of Florida lawyers and whose credentials have been reviewed by the Law & Politics researchers. Less than 2.5% of Florida lawyers are included on this list.
