Tim Sullivan Chairs Trucking Industry Defense Association Annual Seminar

The Trucking Industry Defense Association (TIDA) held its annual seminar on October 2 and 3 in San Diego, California at the Marriott Hotel & Marina. Tim Sullivan served as the Chair of what is widely recognized as one of the leading educational programs for trucking companies, insurance carriers and attorneys involved in the transportation industry.
Attended by more than 700 participants, the seminar featured programs which addressed safety issues, advances in technology, cargo claims, as well as numerous other topics highly relevant to the TIDA members. Two jury consultants shared their ideas on the challenges facing trucking companies and proposed strategies for educating the public on the considerable efforts by TIDA members to be responsible and safe users of America?s roadways.
Founded in 1993, TIDA has become the organization of choice for over 1,200 motor carriers, trucking insurers, defense attorneys and claims servicing companies. TIDA and its members are devoted to sharing knowledge and resources in defense of the trucking industry. Members work to develop strategies and share knowledge to defend the trucking industry in personal injury, property damage, worker's compensation claims and cargo claims. |
