Tim Sullivan presented a program entitled "How Acts or Omissions of Insurance Agents Affect the Claims Decision" at the Eastern Claims Conference in New York City on February 25, 2008. Along with in-house counsel Kate Vandy of Penn Mutual and Henry Wang of ReedSmith in Los Angeles, Tim discussed the many problems agents can create for the claims professional and how to address those problems in the claim handling process. The Eastern Claims Conference, formed in 1977, is a nationwide educational conference devoted to Life, Health, Disability, Accidental Death and Dismemberment and Health Claims Management.
