Tim Sullivan and Phoenix attorney Bill Schrank presented a program entitled "Handling Tough Deposition Questions: Preparation Prevents Perspiration" at the 15th Annual TIDA Industry Seminar in Atlanta, Georgia on October 18, 2007.
The presentation included discussion of critical aspects of preparation of both the truck driver and the trucking company safety director.  Through the use of  deposition video clips, Tim and Bill then demonstrated the errors these witnesses often make in answering tough questions.  They also utilized video clips to illustrate what they view as the preferred way to respond to the same difficult questions faced by drivers and safety personnel.  If you would like a copy of the PowerPoint or materials please contact Tim at tsullivan@ogdensullivan.com.
