Attorneys Angela Mason and Richard Maselli co-presented at the 4th Annual Rimkus Consulting Group, Inc. Continuing Education Seminar on the dynamic topic of spoliation of evidence in Florida on June 28, 2007.  Over 150 insurance adjusters and third party administrators from all over Florida were in attendance.  The presentation focused on the practical applications of spoliation of evidence and the remedies and ramifications for both Plaintiffs and Defendants when evidence is lost, destroyed or materially altered.
