Tim Sullivan participated as a speaker at the International Claims Association annual meeting in Seattle, Washington on October 17, 2006.  Tim's portion of the program involved a discussion of how to properly prepare to give deposition testimony and how to effectively testify at deposition.  Through the use of video clips, Tim demonstrated for the audience of claims professionals the "mistakes" often made by witnesses.  He followed each "mistake" with a video clip demonstrating the proper way to respond.  Richard Maselli played the role of the witness.
