Philip Foley provided defense perspectives as a member of the faculty at the annual American Law Institute|American Bar Association Seminar "Litigating Medical Malpractice Claims" held in Boston on September 28-30, 2006.  This year's program featured medical perspectives on ascertaining the standard of care and proximate cause.
