Angela Mason and Rich Maselli presented a program entitled, "What You Should Know About Spoliation And The Failure To Preserve Valuable Evidence" at the West Coast Claims Association's September 21, 2006 meeting. The program was designed to educate insurance adjusters on the current law surrounding spoliation of evidence, and to help recognize areas where the claim could arise. Robert Kocher, an engineer with Rimkus Consulting Group, concluded the program with a brief presentation on preservation of evidence.
